Location: Miami, FL
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leveraged lending/investment banking, or similar buy-side experience
Responsibilities:
- Review all due diligence materials and supplemental data to gain a thorough understanding of the business and assess requests, providing recommendations to senior underwriters.
- Perform detailed financial analysis on historical balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow performance, as well as evaluate projection models with sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct due diligence on originators, borrowers, and guarantors, analyzing transaction structures, creditworthiness of counterparties, and collateral quality.
- Assess credit risk associated with underlying assets and provide relevant comparative analysis.
- Monitor ongoing performance of transactions, comparing current results to prior periods and planned performance to ensure compliance with credit agreements.
